This is a possible temp to hire opportunity. Part-time (about 20h/week), working from home considered as well. Successful candidate is professional and high energy with demonstrated leadership skills and proven successes in previous endeavors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks to include answering phones, scheduling, correspondence, etc.
- Financial tracking and inputting in QuickBooks
- Performing market research and creating follow up spreadsheets, documents, and PowerPoint presentations
- Spread sheet update on Inventory Control, Sales Tracking and manage comapny's resource library
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Focus on Customer / client care
Honest, responsibility, and initiative
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
Great communication skills both writtten & verbal, and Quick response in e-mail / phone
Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least three years' experience in a similar role
Understanding of Japanese business culture, fluent in Japanese
